Let's get it out of the way. I've talked about how I work, where I come from and you can see my approach.

I always spend 20 - 30 minutes listening to people before doing anything. We need to know that we're right for each other; that I understand why you've reached out to me, and that I can give you what you want, in the way you want it.

After that, I'll spend 40 - 90 minutes writing a plan for us to agree. You've got to be confident that I've heard you, and that you are comfortable with my ideas.

Only then, will I ask about getting dates in the diary.

We'll agree how long each session lasts and you pay for the contact time, whether that is face-to-face, or remotely. The planning, the feedback report and any research is on me.

So, it's £35 per face-to-face hour after I've invested around 2 hours in our relationship. 

And I'm no clock watcher.

It's the same simple, honest and transparent approach that I take to everything - it shouldn't feel like rocket science after all!
